Turn the system off, don't rebuild or reinitialize anything, and write down the order of the drives. Then write to us: we evaluate each drive and explain your options before going ahead.
Can a RAID with more than one failed drive be recovered?
It depends on the type of array and the condition of each drive. By analyzing each drive and rebuilding the array virtually, it's possible in many cases. We determine this in the evaluation.
Do you recover data after a ransomware attack?
We evaluate each case. Decrypting the files isn't always possible, and no one should guarantee it without an evaluation. Isolate the systems, keep the encrypted files and the ransom note, and don't reinstall anything before contacting us.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements and issue invoices?
Yes. If your company needs it, we sign a confidentiality agreement, and we issue invoices (Factura A, B or C).
