What does the price depend on?
- Type of failure: logical, physical or mechanical (cleanroom).
- Capacity of the drive or system.
- Condition on arrival: whether it was previously opened or tampered with.
- Encryption: BitLocker, FileVault and similar.
- Urgency: standard, express or 24 hours.
- Partitions or additional volumes to recover.

- Physical and electronic failures: you only pay if we recover the agreed data.
- Deleted files and formatting: the service is paid regardless of the result.
- Opened or tampered devices: initial inspection depending on the device (hard drives: ARS 175,000).
- Not included: parts, donor drives or the delivery media.

It depends on the type of failure and the capacity. For a drive up to 2 TB, a logical failure starts at ARS 322,000, a physical or electronic failure at ARS 413,000, and a cleanroom recovery ranges from ARS 553,000 to ARS 1,092,000. Our engineers confirm the final price after the free evaluation.
How much does it cost to recover a USB drive or SD card?
Logical damage on a USB drive, SD or microSD card costs ARS 273,000. Physical damage ranges from ARS 357,000 to ARS 476,000, depending on whether the memory is monolithic.
Is there a charge for the evaluation?
No. Our engineers evaluate your device free of charge and tell you the price and timeline before you decide to go ahead.
Is there a discount for paying in cash?
Yes. Paying in cash gives you 10% off the service price.
Are the published prices final?
They are reference prices. The final price depends on the actual condition of the device and is confirmed by our engineers after evaluating it.
What if the data can't be recovered?
On physical and electronic failures, if our engineers can't recover the agreed data, you don't pay for the recovery. For deleted files and formatting, the service is paid regardless of the result.
How long does the recovery take?
Standard service takes 7 to 14 business days. Express service takes up to 72 hours once we have the parts, if any are needed.
What if the device was already opened or tampered with?
An initial inspection fee applies, depending on the type of device, so our engineers can assess its condition on arrival.
