Is there a charge for the evaluation?
No, the evaluation is free. Our engineers evaluate your device, explain what happened and give you a fixed price before you decide whether to go ahead.
How much does it cost to recover my data?
It depends on the device and the type of failure. On our pricing page you can see reference prices and get an online estimate. Our engineers confirm the final price after the free evaluation, and paying in cash gives you 10% off.
What if the data can't be recovered?
On physical and electronic failures, if our engineers can't recover the agreed data, you don't pay for the recovery. For deleted files and formatting, the service is paid regardless of the result.
Who will examine my device?
Our engineers, led by engineer Cristabel Muñiz. You talk directly to the person working on your case.
What should I do if my drive makes noises?
Turn it off and don't keep powering it on or trying it in other computers: each attempt can make the damage worse. Write to us and we'll evaluate your case.
Can data be recovered from an SSD?
If the SSD stopped working or isn't detected, in many cases yes. If you deleted files, the chances drop quickly because of how these drives work, so stop using it and contact us as soon as possible.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. We use your information only to handle your case, and we don't review your files beyond what's needed to verify the recovery.
Do you offer an urgent service?
Yes, we offer an express service: up to 72 hours once we have the parts, if any are needed. Standard service takes 7 to 14 business days. For after-hours emergencies, call +54 9 11 6717-1931.
How does the free pickup work?
We arrange the pickup of your device within Buenos Aires City (CABA) via WhatsApp. Send us your location and a time when you'll be available.
Where are you and what are your opening hours?
We're at Guatemala 6040, 2 D, Palermo, Buenos Aires. We're open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 6 pm (Buenos Aires time, GMT-3). You can arrange your visit via WhatsApp or by phone.
